More about BLF Breathe Easy Croydon

BLF BREATHE EASY CROYDON (BEC) was formed in September 1998, it is a group for people with breathing problems, run by people with breathing problems. We meet monthly, usually on the first Thursday, at Saint Matthew's Church hall, Chichester Road, East Croydon, between12.30 and 14.30.
We provide support, advice, information and a smile for our members.
Most members are able to come along and enjoy the meetings, where they can have a chat and a nice cuppa, and hear talks from speakers, ranging from medical to just plain fun. We also arrange other activities at the hall from time to time.
We have trips out, sometimes we visit other BLF B/E groups; see photos' below, we raise money towards vital lung research and equipment for our local hospital. We also campaign regularly for improvements in the quality of life of all people suffering breathing problems.
Our monthly newsletter is very popular with our members;  those who cannot get to the meetings are able to keep in touch with what is going on by reading it, and we also have a liaison officer who keeps in regular contact with them.
If you wish to contact us you can leave a message in our guest book; or for membership enquiries send an email to paandroid@aol.com
